New Six UK Tour cast has just been revealed!!! I’m so happy that multiple queens from the 2024-2025 tour are returning! I had the chance to see Erin as Seymour and Lorren as K Howard and really loved their takes on the characters

First of all everyone cross somehow a truly unexpected costume thi g happens from your bingo cards. Second I am using the we all assumed it would be silver ask as base because obviously.
I am not surprised they brought back Harriet specifically but I am surprised they didn't dig up her costume from storage. They have been low on covers for a few days now. And atm I think she is wearing Eve's corset. With S there is no way on matching skirts or leotards but the leotard seems to be that. And tbh I dont have the headspace to dig more atm or for the next few days
The spanish cast of Six has just been announced with only three alternates and no swings, and i have a feeling this production might be doing alt costumes full time!!!
I never thought i’d see the day we get multiple productions doing full time alt costumes at the same time again.
Elisabeth said ahe felt it mighr go tbat way yesterday and now I have to agree. Didn't think I would live to see this day. And its not just alt costumes. Its early UK alt system with three alts, two first and two second covers. I legit shed a tear when I saw. We are somehow getting back to the good costume timeline.

Kadesa Honeyhill (Cleves) is Senegalese
Lorinda May Merrypor (Parr) is descended from the Kuungkari tribe and identifies as South Sea Islander (descendants of Pacific Islanders kidnapped to Australia), so she's our first aboriginal queen and third (fifth? not sure who counts or not) Pacific Islander queen
Angela Brischetto (Howard) is Filipino-Italian
Lauren Goetz is our second New Zealander queen! She has also confirmed that she's wearing silver and not pewter

I did not expect them to get alt costumes and I am SO glad they do. Also when the spain newsletter said announcements this month I was super skeptical because I assumed announcement would be sometime in june. But now announcement, costume photos and alt costumes. Someone is taking notes from Australia and I love that. Now who do I have to bribe for variations?
It seems like Aus is keeping the Silver/Orange/Teal/Pink Swing combination for the new cast!!

But also last time they were teasing black so I wont believe anything until I see them in costume. Now we wait until tuesday.
Also I am not familiar enough with the AUS theater scene to guess for most of them but I think pink is Cristina again so Zara's costume might not rest in peace (again). And I feel like some new faces too.
But most important. Can they please put the costume budget towards variations instead of six wigs that wont even be kept styled in case of emergency.
It’s always wild when people are amazed by proper Ukulele playing because what they consider “good” is whatever mainlanders are attempting to play while asserting some “quirky” vibe. Ukulele has become trendy on the mainland and people are amazed by what we consider BASIC skills and boring same chord repetition over and over. PLUS malihini don’t even pronounce the name right (what the fuck is a yuu-kuu-lay-lee hahaha).

was highkey hoping dylan's casting wouldnt spark a culture war because six doesn't have the same level of relevance as hamilton (i've also been highkey hoping six NEVER becomes mainstream but that's besides the point) but i'm already seeing a dozen hit tweets complaining about it 😭😭😭😭😭😭 hopefully it doesn't go beyond that

Queens! Wake up! New West End cast has been announced!! So excited to have Leesa back and quite surprised Gabriella is now on the West End! I wonder if they will keep Laura in the Pink Alt costume and Gabriella in the Teal Alt costume… Imagine a swing massive with silver, pink, and teal all on stage…

I used the 2024-2025 UK/International Tour cast and added Emilia’s Pewter costume and Collette Guitart’s black costume. This way, we have two representations of each queen. Hope you all enjoy!
