Feliz Ano Nova para todos!

Hoy fuimos a esquiar y hacia buen clima, por eso hago esta rima. Para recordar este dia que no tan fria i como otros dias.

Nous sommes fatigués d'aller skier.

Heute Abend hatten wir ein "Dorenand z'Nacht" und alle hatten viel gelacht.

Today is a special day the sky is not grey.

On Tuesday we had a Casino Night and it had a guard and you had to prove somehow that you're over 18. If you lost money you had to go to a table and do something special so you could get more money. If you won money you could go buy drinks and food at the bar. And Olga had her birthday!

We had a day off the slopes and could choose between different activities, such as ice skating, climbing, visiting a museum and shopping in Chur, cooking and swimming.

Swimming: There were three pools!!! (one was outside!) But mostly we loved the slides and the jumps.

Climbing: It was very fun although hard work and put our hands to the test!

Cooking: We made castles out of biscuits and icing, but unfortunately we didn't get to eat them yet!

Me ha encantado conocer nuevas pistas y  aprender un poco de suizo

Mi è piaciuto sciare oggi faceva molto freddo ma dopo tanta fatica sulle piste ci siamo fermati per una rivella

Jacqueline:

Instead of cold sandwiches we got hot soup for lunch on the slopes.

The chairlift did not work and there were no other slopes so we had to walk up another slope.

Rüebli-Torte-Rezept

350g Mehl

1 Pack Backpulver

300g Zucker

2 Teelöffel Zimt

3/4 Teelöffel Kardamom

2 Messerspitzen Nelkenpulver

1 Prise Salz

250g fein geraffelte Rüebli

Schale und Saft einer Zitrone (abgerieben)

250g gemahlene Mandeln

4 verklopfte Eier

200g weiche Butter

Alles zusammen mit dem Mixer vermischen

In 30cm Cake-Form füllen und 65 Minuten bei 180°C backen.

28.12.2014 - Day 1

First day on the slope. Even the weather isn't very beautiful we've enjoyed! Food was very good and what a pleasure to write a blog as a chore. The evening program is still a big secret but seems to be outdoor.- Daniela, Onelia, Pietro, Louis-Justin, Adriano.
