it’s so sad seeing people once again misunderstand what shifting is and how it happens (no……its not just you waking up in hogwarts!!!!!!)
crying over a fictional character means:
your body reacted like it was real
your mind believed it was happening
because shifting just means your brain moved into another version of reality.
you didn’t imagine it felt real, it did feel real.
and if it felt real, then to your consciousness… it was real.
so in that moment, you weren’t “pretending” to care, you cared. you loved them. you lost them. and your heart broke.
that version of you who cried instead of shutting off the show/movie/whatever EXISTS and you shifted to that timeline
shifting doesn’t mean teleporting with sparkles. it means becoming the you who lives in that world.
and you did. that’s why you cried.
EVEEENN if it’s “just sadness,” you still had to enter the version of you who was sad about that specific thing.
like. why are you sad? over a person who doesn’t “exist”????
because somewhere, to some version of you, they DO exist.
and when you tapped into that sadness, you became that version of you. you stepped into the timeline where it mattered. where it was personal.
even if only for five seconds.
that’s shifting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sadness, love, nostalgia, longing, all of them = you moving through realities where you feel this thing
