I'm a stay at home mother of 4 kids, a dog, a kitty, and 5 chickens. been with my man 13 years. SI and ED started at 14/15 years old, "recovered" after my first kid 12 years ago, but always dabbled. came back with a vengeance to celebrate my slide down to 40.
And yes, my weight was up today so I made it a bad day. Go me.
I froze 6 portions (100g, 240 cals, 24g protein, 6g fiber) of chicken salad and I definitely ate that many today, and my man had some, and there's a little bit left that went to the chickens. The container cost $15. Not bad numbers for that price and being lazy.
We got co as Costco deli chicken salad from the food bank and I didn't have high hopes for it because their pot pie sucks. But the chicken salad, while not flavorful, is actually really tasty! I'm gonna freeze it in nice small portions!
So fat. So very fat.
I love being a fatty (verb) but I really hate being a fatty (adjective)
Why am I the worst? Didn't do shit and ate all the cals.
Another small poop, but I deserve more than this!
I think I feel another poop coming but I thought that earlier and it was just a fart.
I made sure to grab the 2 smallest halves and my bbq has got me sweating.
Making baked potatoes for dinner. I need comfort food.
Definitely wasn't a week of poop but seemed healthy enough .4 pounds according to before and after weight.
Ooh I think I might feel a poop coming on.
Finally having my split pea soup. Needs salt on the next bowl.
Down to 106 today after not eating yesterday, but having that frozen burrito and a smoothie pouch at 2am and still no poops.
4 pounds down with no poop? I don't get it.
Having a microwave burrito at 2am like the slut I am.
Look, it's great he was able to give up smoking for me when I was pregnant 13 years ago.
But he is literally crushing my soul the last year since he's taken it up again.
And if me and the kids aren't worth quitting smoking again.
Why the fuck should I give up starving for him again?
I can already tell our poor daughters are fucked anyways.
