Back to it in the new year, maybe this one isn't going to be a traditional failure. Maybe, hopefully.

So far I'm sticking to 800 - 1400, the upper limit isn't great, but what can I say, still a disappointment after 24 years. Hopefully, this will go down to 400 - 1000.

Once again, I'm back...

After getting to the weight of 150lb/68kg, I've spent quite a long time in therapy and on seroquel and bunch of promises of health and happiness, I'm just as miserable and fat again.

Turns out I can't be happy, healthy and have a normal relationship to food, and anything for that matter, so I might be skinny at least.
