Current goals

○ exercise every day
○ skip breakfast
○ stay under 1200 calories
I finally have a phone! Mine broke and I lost all motivation.
I need Tumblr. I need music. I need Pinterest. I need to be able to Google!! No idea how much it all motivated me
All is right in the world again
I hate my arms. My upper arms disgust me. I cannot stand them.
How do I get them lean? Pinterest has all sorts of ideas but what actually works?
Breakfast : 1/2 cup Muesli. 1/2 cup milk. (???)
Lunch : sushi (332)
Dinner : peppered beef slices with gherkins, baby tomatoes and cheese. (218)
Staying under 1200 is getting easier
My boyfriend bought me a food scale today.
Now I feel unstoppable. I've got MyFitness Pal, my food scale, my exercise bike, awesome music and healthy goodies to stay within my goals.
Restricting is going well. And I feel light and great. I think the healthy food choices have played a part in feeling so good.
I've created a Discord. I've heard about severs a couple of times now.

Today was a good day (calorie wise)
The double cream yoghurt has way too many calories. I'll skip that as a breakfast option in the future. Or make the portion smaller...
35 Excuses to Not Eat
you just ate
you ate at school/work/club
you're about to eat/going out to eat
you're stressed and can't stomach food
you just got your braces tightened
you're vegan/vegetarian and can't eat it
your stomach is upset/sick
you just brushed your teeth
you're fasting (religious or health reasons)
