Our very own shipping week for the Kyoko/Ren pairing! Whatās a shipping week, you ask? Itās when fans get together for one week to make fanworks dedicated to a certain ship, with those fanworks being inspired by prompts corresponding to each day. Iāll provide the prompt list for all you excellent people to get creative with.
How do I participate in Kyoko/Ren Week?
First, create your fanworks, inspired by the prompts. On each promptās assigned day, post your fanwork for that prompt, and tag it with ākyokoren weekā. If you use other tags, make sure ākyokoren weekā is in the first five! This is so I can find your posts and reblog them.
What kind of fanworks can I make for Kyoko/Ren Week?
Any kind of fanwork is welcome! Fan art, fanfiction, fanvideos, manga edits, gif sets, cosplay, interpretive dance, macaroni artā¦ whatever works for you! Just stay within the guidelines listed below.
Whatever you share, it must be:
of your own making: Do not repost something that you did not create yourself.
focused on the Kyoko/Ren pairing: Itās fine to include other characters, but this is Kyoko/Ren Weekāweāre here to ship! That said, Kuon is fine to use in place of Ren. You can also use any of the characters Kyoko and Ren have portrayed.
made specifically for Kyoko/Ren Week: The idea here is that weāre creating new material, with the challenge of using the prompts for inspiration. This isnāt the time to promote one of your old fanworks.
Also, if your fanwork contains nsfw content, please tag it accordingly!Ā
Do I have to sign up? Is this a commitment?
Nope! Just jump in whenever you like.
What if I canāt finish a fanwork by the promptās assigned day?
Thatās okay. Posting on those days is part of the challenge, but itās no big deal if youāre late. This is all in good fun.
Do I have to make something for every prompt?
Nope! You can do as much or as little as you want. You can even make multiple fanworks for a single prompt, if you feel like it.
