One Ring...or Twenty || Roo & Skippy

He'd been waiting for this.  Things had been so boring recently, with more of his friends ending up in the infirmary or straight up leaving, his siblings becoming more and more elusive, and just the general schoolwork on top of everything else.  Besides, Skippy hadn't exactly been finding anything of...interest, lately.  That is, not until he'd had that meeting with the Deputy Headmaster.  It hadn't been for anything too serious; Skippy hardly even remembered, he'd been so distracted.  He'd never noticed the collection of rings until then, but now he couldn't think of anything else.  They looked expensive, so they'd probably be worth something.  Anything would help.  The one thing Skylar hadn't been too keen on was including Roo.  He trusted him, sure, but he'd never wanted to really involve any of his friends.  He didn't even want them to know about his stealing.  But, considering his target was Rattigan, he was going to need help.  He could deal with the disappointment, later.  "Don't squeal on me, Roo.  Spiders, snakes, and a lizard's head..."
