Pokemon Inktober 2019 finished!
I’m super proud of myself for doing all the prompts on schedule. It was challenging but it was fun, and finishing them is far more rewarding than placing my expectations too high and never doing anything.
Maybe again next year!

A recent chat with friends reminded me of the time I had started ORAS on release day. I tried out Dexnav and encountered a lv15 Taillow that absolutely murdered my entire party with Brave Bird. While there barely was any battle against that monster I wanted to draw that scene as a reminder to myself to not wander too deep into the Wild Area when SwSh launches.

My hate for Lando-T doesn’t have as much to do with its design than it does with its reputation in the competitive scene, but I made some core changes to the visuals anyway. Get rid of the round man-face and give it a proper mane while moving the awkward tail into a tube on the back. Just looking like a lion already improves it a lot.
