I thought I was getting better, I had been eating “normally” for almost a year. All it took was THREE DAYS of not eating for my body to get used to not eating again.

I thought everything was fine but I ate dinner and HAD to puke. My body literally couldn’t take it

Having an ED it’s NOT a choice, it’s not that easy to get away from it, to “get better”
