I will be your forever and constant, if you only remember to call. I am the fire lighting your soul, I am the wind in your hair. I am the quiet whisper in your ear, telling you everything will be all right. And when we meet again where the sun shines up at us, you’ll fear no longer.

Why?

I set up this brilliant driftwood perch for my conure. It’s in the center of my room hanging on a ceiling fan. Easy reach to move when I do yoga. Well guess what happened when I walked in this night. That’s right, injury. Thank the gods I wear protective eye shields aka glasses because that would have really hurt otherwise.

Has anyone on here done Extreme Abs 3 by blogilates (on YouTube). It's fourteen minutes of hell. I figured, oh I'll be fine. It's barely 10 minutes long; I can do this quick workout for some variety followed my one of my old 30 min ones. Oh gods, why do I always underestimate these things? Every time. Every freaking time.

Momentary sheer embarrassment today. Was intermittently singing along to a German song while pruning the plants, turned around and there was a lady and her dog right at the edge of our property. The chances that she did not hear me are slim. Pitifully slim.
