The hero is fighting a powerful, but strangely erratic, evil wizard. He has him on the ropes, when a younger wizard shows up, sets everything to right, and apologizes for his grandfather, who has dementia. The hero ends up helping the younger wizard care for his grandfather.
"Y'know, I was never told your rules for hospitality, nor did I agree to them. To punish me for breaking your rules would be extremely rude of you, right? Why am I the one being labelled as inhospitable and not you?" It was a simple question, yet it being asked threw fae society into mass panic.
A goddess needed a hero from our world to save her world, she didn't wanted to make her fellow goddesses mistakes and pick a random highschool student or otaku, so instead, she summoned a forth a world champion powerlifter and bodybuilder.
It's not a name, I'm not immortal, and while I am very good at what I do, if-when I die, they got some other poor shmuck ready to be my replacement, it's a title so no that's not my name. I look up and see my companions shocked expressions.
When people die, they must cross a desert that is long and dangerous to get to heaven. Salespeople sell methods of transportation from luxury jets to rusty wheelchairs depending on how good the person was in their life. The better they were, the better their transportation.

Once again you see Soldiers marching towards your Home. And once again, you groan in annoyance and grab your Spear. "Just because you bring more Men every time, doesn't mean I will give up my Daughter to the Prince." you greet the General and your Pupil, leading the Soldiers.
Everyone is born with a timer on their wrist counting down to the moment they meet their soulmate. Your timer just hit zero, but you're currently completely alone in an elevator that just got stuck between floors.

Several "silent protagonist" type adventurers are getting on the guilds nerves with their refusal to speak, so in an attempt to teach them a lesson the guild leadership forces them to team up. Much to the guilds annoyance they all manage to work together flawlessly in spite of never speaking.

The purpose of Isekai is to reform the previously shut-in heroes into people that believe in their own importance and self. It’s clear that you haven’t learned your lesson yet, because you’ve been sent to your 10th world and that goddess is getting exhausted.
