Marley was definitely feeling the affects of the drinks she had been downing ever since the party had started. She loosen up her tie, let it hung low around her neck. She grinned when she saw Skyler waving and waved as she made her way towards her. “Thank you, Sky. Have I told you that Im so glad that you’re here?” She asked, with her words slightly slurred, since she had somewhat practice from the two nights before. “Because, I am so glad that you’re here!” 

Skyler could see that Marley was drunk, making her grin falter a little. Lately, she had noticed a few things about the taller girl, including her tendency to be too enthusiastic when alcohol is involved. She lid off the counter and held her arms, letting her lean against the counter beside her. “Okay, woah, too jolly even for you,” she said with a chuckle as she reached for a glass of water and handed it to Marley. “Drink up. You’ve had too much to drink.”

Skyler took off her red plaid shirt and tied it around her waist as the stuffiness of the room got to her. She had been sitting on the kitchen counter after filling her stomach with food and soda, intentionally avoiding any alcoholic beverages; the memories of the things she had done the last time she got drunk still making her cringe. She was pretty content by just observing her surroundings, smiling to herself as she realized that she was indeed having fun. At the sight of Marley, she waved at her and grinned. “Great party, Marls.”
