it's actually just one of the default resources that comes with ibis paint, one of the apps I use to edit !! you can find it (and a lot of other pretty laces) in the lace & frills section, but I also cropped it for you for ease of access !! it's 4000 x 100 so hopefully it's big enough for you to use ♡
