When your mother and I decided to have you, we wished upon the stars. The next day, your mother was pregnant and from there on out, you were our little shooting star, brightly shining as you traveled through the cosmos

Felynthorne-(Fee-lie-THORN)

I still blame votbear for this. This is my Sona’s power, the ability to sharpen his fur and grow large portions of fur quickly. He’s more vicious as a result and uses his tail to slam or cut things apart with ease.

Rito is a pureblooded member of a dying species known as Felynthorne, or Slash Cats. Most Felynthorne are very hostile and aggressive to all but their own kind. With their unique ability to grow and sharpen their fur and their headstrong attitude, it can be nigh impossible for anyone of them to die so easily for the simple reason that they’re too stubborn to die; but they ARE a dying race. Felynthorne have a drastic “defense” system in their bodies. They only chose one true soul mate in their lifetime, and if that soul mate is to ever break their heart, they will literally tear their hearts in two, resulting in heart failure. Their bodies cannot handle the stress of a broken heart, so their bodies will rip their own hearts in two.
