Yep. Those are pants made specifically for those who ride a bicycle to work. They have reflective pieces inside so your hipster-rolled pant cuffs can now serve as even more of a safety feature. I'm can't lie; I want some pretty badly. As an added bonus, this website taught me the word "gusset." Vocab points.
