Nate Traucht - Fitness Edge
Nate will be training Joe Henry in the competition.
Nate graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 1999. Nate is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and EFI Gravity Personal Training Instructor. He has been working as a personal trainer since 1996.
Nate has extensive experience in the fitness industry. Currently, he competes as an amateur bodybuilder and trains clients in need of traditional strength training, weight loss and athletic enhancement.
James McGuire - Shape Fitness
James will be training Emily Ryll in the competition.
James began training in 2005 and has since transformed his physique from skinny to top national bodybuilder and Pro Competitor. He has used health and fitness to not only change himself physically, but also to improve his entire lifestyle and help others.
James's credentials include: Certified Personal Trainer, WNBF Pro Natural Bodybuilder, Featured in Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness Magazine
These trainers, along with the help of Urban Active and Title Boxing Club will be whipping our contestants into shape during the next eight weeks. Tiffany Baldwin - Fitness Edge
Tiffany will be training Amanda Risner in the competition.
Tiffany Baldwin has been a trainer with the Fitness Edge collectively for three years. She hold certifications from American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialist, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Tiffany has held internships with the prestigious Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas and The Ohio State University Department of Strength and Conditioning. She has participated in various corporate wellness ventures, and has competed recreationally in volleyball, softball, and amateur bodybuilding. Her interests and specialties include working with children and novice fitness/health enthusiasts.
