The Bolton Strid in England is one of the most innocent looking streams. 

Though it looks like you could just hop across the rocks, but if you miss you will die for sure. It packs very rapid currents just a couple of feet below its surface. No one really knows how deep it really is. Nobody who has ever fallen into the Strid has survived. It has a 100% fatality rate.

This piece of writing advice is probably one of my most favorites. I've seen so many pastas get deleted because the author dedicates too much time on developing an "OC" for their pasta, than working on story. Don't try to make the next Jeff the Killer, and try to create a compelling story with diverse, complex characters. READ BOOKS. Don't rely on crappy fanfiction to build skill.

The comedy film series “Men in Black” is based on an alleged phenomenon far more sinister than the films. For more than 50 years, several UFO witnesses have reported being visited by strange men in black suits. These Men in Black are commonly described as gaunt, hairless (even lacking eyebrows), and having poorly-fitting, rubber-like grey skin.

Speaking in an anachronistic manner reminiscent of a 1950s movie, they interrogate witnesses, sometimes threatening to harm them or their families. One MIB implied that he could erase the witness from the very fabric of space-time if he so wished. Most witnesses describe an overwhelming and inexplicable sense of dread around them, and some have reported becoming violently ill after the encounter.

The bottom image is security footage of two alleged MIBs who showed up at the hotel of a researcher in Ontario to “question” him.

Some believe that the MIB phenomenon is in some way related to Slender Man.
