i'm sorry to bother you like this, but i've been wondering if there's any updates on the keychains you had for preorder. i fully forgot when they were supposed to be ready to ship (^_^;)

oh my god i have no idea when this was sent, but i apologize for the tardy reply. not used to checking the inbox here…

the shipping period i had initially expected and declared on the shop was around mid april — it ended up being severely delayed as you might’ve noticed

i put my trust in the keychains supplier delivery period blindly i fear! which turned out to be almost a Whole Month longer than stated.

anyways, every order has been sent out with its tracking provided as i type this, and i’ve learned my lesson regarding certain logistics… though im glad it all happened on my very first keychain run.

The Pledge Manager has finally launched! 🎉 In your email, you should have received a form asking for your shipping and payment information, which will be the final stage before the zine is sent your way! If you purchased a digital anthology, your E-Book will be available to download once you've filled in the Pledge Manager. Thank you all for your patient support of Very Sincerely Yours, we're so excited to finally bring the zine into your hands!

Note for backers outside the US and Canada: Our shipping partner--ChitChats--provides detailed tracking on all orders, however they do not offer a return service for locations outside of the US or Canada. Meaning, if your package is somehow unable to be delivered to you, it will unfortunately be disposed of. ChitChats does offer insurance on shipping, so in this (very rare) case, you may be able to purchase another copy of your rewards free of an additional shipping charge. Should anything of the kind happen, please contact us ASAP!

For backers in Toronto/GTA, a pick-up event is being held on Saturday, April 18th at 2pm, at the Sherlock Holmes Walk behind the Toronto Reference Library! If you are able to attend, please RSVP here AND fill in the Pledge Manager, and we'll reimburse you for the cost of shipping once you've picked up your anthology. After a long journey, our books came in this Wednesday, and they look incredible! The gold foil, UV spots, and page printing all came out superb, and we thank Friesens for their fantastic work in manufacturing our books! We'll have a few up-charged extra books available to purchase through our Pledge Manager, and then afterwards we'll sell our remaining leftovers online (platform TBD). Other leftover items will also be available to add on, such as bookmarks, sticker sheets, and sticker packs!

Campaign closed!🎉 In the end, we raised $47,724 CAD with a whopping 971 backers--far beyond what we imagined when we first planned this campaign. It's extremely heartening to see this much love and enthusiasm for Holmes and Watson in 2025, and we're so excited to finally realize this project in physical form. Thank you all for believing in us!

What happens now? First of all, we have two weeks until Kickstarter sends us the funds raised through this campaign. In that time, we will complete our final proofs of the book and merchandise, so that when the money arrives we'll be prepared to order all of our physical items. Our current timeline is looking something like this (but is subject to unexpected delays):

JANUARY: Ordering items. FEBRUARY: Merchandise arriving. MARCH: Books arriving (IMPORTANT: after we weigh all our items, a survey will be emailed at this point to confirm your address and shipping rate). MARCH - APRIL: Shipping & packing. Once all physical packages are sent out, backers who pledged for the digital zine will have the PDF sent to their emails.  MAY: Estimated delivery dates for backers in the US and Canada. JUNE - JULY: Estimated delivery dates for backers outside the US and Canada.
