toddlering yourself is like super helpful even when not little like, today i couldn’t sleep and was anxious, and i thought, if my kid couldn’t sleep what would i do? so i got myself a proper dinner (for some reason i always forget to have dinner, this is a pre bed snack in my culture fyi) and warm chamomile milk, a comfort tv show and a story and im calm and ready for bed
update: i have been doing this for the past few days, i have slept like a baby👍🏻 10/10 would recommend
this beats the apple board as my favourite that i've done i'm sorry....... WINNIE THE POOH ლ(^o^ლ)

Connect with your inner child this spring. Run through the grass in your bare feet. Draw with sidewalk chalk, use every color of the rainbow. Have a picnic with all your favorite fruits. Make crowns from the wildflowers around you. Stay out late enough to watch the sunset. Dance underneath the stars in the moonlight. Be unapologetically yourself 🌷🌿
