I have Sciatica pain going down both legs. and serious tailbone/hips pain is bad. It hurts to sit down. It hurts to walk. Hips hurt.
I gotta get this weight off me asap. I don't want to be disabled like my mom was with her back.
And to be able to build strength in my core muscles. When I can finally get to that point. exercising absolutely hurts pretty bad rigth now. I will be switching to low impact, slow exercises. ( I don't know what I should do honestly ) Even stretching kills my hips, for days at a time.
I'm not finding a lot of resources for sacrum/ hip pain. I'm going to the gym today somehow. I have to push through the pain. Even If I have to go super slow....

Workout at the gym was good at first. But I got weaker. Eventually felt awful after the workout.
1. Back pain. 2. Dizzy. 3.Migraine.
But im glad I went. Next time I will eat enough calories beforehand. I'm still glad I went. Gotta stretch my lungs out.
Today, I only ate toast all day before the gym. That's Bad, but I fixed it. I ate immediately afterward and laid down. O have a super killer migraine rn.

Update 05-21-23 👾
I took the rest of this week off.
I hurt my back. I have Degenerative disk disease in my sacrum/ tailbone area. It causes killer Sciatica nerve pain down my legs, it makes me not able to walk (or sit) sometimes. But its pretty rarely that bad. It just was this week. (I was doing too much stretching in between the gym too fast.( Even though it was only 3x a week stretching) So I will go slower on the stretching from now. Ill be back on it tomorrow. 💪🏽
Im still at 275lbs. Nothing lost.. Just time.
Update: 05-16-23
6th day at the gym. We are at 2x a week now. Woot woot! 💪🏼 I did 2.8 mph the whole time. 35 mins.
and didnt feel awful. Felt energized actually. Only problem was my feet giving me support issues midway through.
Looking for a high arch insole of some sort. My feet are pretty flat. . And the heel spur on my right kills.

Been eating okay. Lost 5lbs last week and just maintaining it this week. Extremely baby steps is better than reverse steps.
Trying to build up habit. Tomorrow will go to the gym. Going to increase it to 2x a week now. For the next 2 weeks. The focus is on diet and habbit right now.
New habits:
∆ stretch
∆ Meal prep
∆ gym 2x
* Jasmine tea + almond milk + splenda + lychee jellies 2 scoops
* Tuna sandwich ( half can) on Ezekiel bread + mayo 2tbsp
* Carrots from 1/2 can + 1 pickle sliced.
