I feel very alone, and dumb... I've always been kind of a ditz. Lately I've been in my little space more because I've been very stressed out, so I haven't been a very good adult, according to what someone has been telling me a lot, lately... I never hear that I do anything good anymore. I really try to.. I try so hard. It's all I want. I never hear "good girl" or "thank you" or anything good anymore. I used to all the time. But I've been extra ditzy lately, forgetting to do a lot of things, and instead of working with me on it, they just get mad, all the time. I feel like all the mean voices in my head came to life in one person 😣 I try to make myself focus. I try not to be so forgetful. But when they get mean, I just wanna cry. They're all I have anymore, and it doesn't even feel like they care about me now.

I just wanna feel happy and actually loved and appreciated, not like a constant bother 😞
