Somebody brought as a gift a whole pan of a dessert with cream and alo of syrup anyway. I just cut a huge slice ,tasted and spit the whole thing!!you dont have to miss the flavour of your fave sweets just spit it out!

the wellness girlies were onto something a full bottle of kombucha is ; - 70 cals and VERY filling - helps me digest (especially after a b1nge) - visibly debloats and keeps my stomach flat all day (until i eat gluten lmao) the best kombucha i've found (esp for anyone who doesn't like it) is health-ade pink lady apple kombucha tastes exactly like sparkling apple cider! pls drop any more recommendations
