LAST ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Snow Flower Scans followers,

We are sad to inform you that we have decided to close the group.

As sad as it is to announce this so soon after our 5-year anniversary (it was on the 5th May), we all have become a lot busier in our lives than we used to be and no longer have the time to manage a scanlation group anymore. We thank you all for all the time you’ve spent reading our work and for all the support you’ve given us throughout the years on all of our projects and for sticking with us through the good times and the salty times hahaha

In regards to our projects, @rosesquadscans will be taking over Nonfiction Phrase, The Best Smell, My Own Contract Angel, Specters, and Raise wa Taniin Ga Ii. Everything else will be dropped and can be picked up by any group without needing to ask for permission.

We will still not allow retranslations of our work and we wish for people to respect our decision even if we are closing down for good.

We plan on archiving our discord server, so those who are already in the server, you are free to leave or stay as you wish, but we have closed the invite link so you will have no way of returning if you do leave. As for tumblr, we might just leave it up.

Again, we just want to say thank you for everything over these past years — to everyone that’s worked with us and read with us and journeyed through all these amazing stories together with us. We had a lot of fun working on all of our projects and I’m sure all of our staff did too and we couldn’t have done it without you!

If you have any questions, shoot it through the ask box and I will try to answer each and one of it. Remember, please be nice.

As you can read on our last announcement, we dropped the series when we closed the group. Just wish that other group would pick it up or line webtoon would officially translate it.

As of 24/08/20, our team will no longer give out retranslation permission for any of our projects, excluding pre-existing agreements. For any of our series marked as "joints", retranslation permission should be requested from the other team working on the project. Any use of our work for retranslation other than what is listed in #re-translations after this date is done without our permission and is done at your own discretion. Please be advised that all questions regarding retranslation will be sent this exact message in the future.
