I'm trying to figure out if smoking weed before bed will help me sleep. I'm on 2 stimulants and sometimes my brain won't shut off even though I may be physically exhausted.
Mainly I'm not a fan of being high cus it makes me feel like my esophagus doesn't close which I know sounds crazy. Like I have to burp but it won't come out...? that feeling, it makes me nauseated. I sometimes take melatonin but that stuff gives me sleep paralysis/ wake up feeling worse.
Idk I just want decent sleep

I want to make this cos better, it's honestly pretty good. I want to make the wings more sturdy and more feathers.
