Scene(?) Socks with bonus Glove - Heavily inspired by Ibuki Mioda
Danganronpa-inspired items, in the big '26?! It's more likely than you think!
Got bored, still learning the sims 4 cc ropes, so I just re-coloured EA's base game socks and made them longer. They're very heavily inspired by scene(?) queen Ibuki Mioda from Danganronpa 2, because I love her. I have no idea if these actually count as Scene or not, I'm not cool enough to make that judgement.
I also took this picture on the Karlův most, Praha, Czechia :3
This is what happens if you take a picture using LomoChrome Purple 35mm film that's been through at least 5 x-ray machines and on three flights, during snow heavy enough to close the airport:
Morový sloup Nejsvětější Trojice, Malostranské nám., Praha, Czechia. Shot on - LomoChrome Purple, CN 35mm, XR ISO 100-400 film, Kodak Ultra F9. ISO 200.
I honestly love how some historic Catholic art goes about depicting pre-Christian figures, especially when they completely misrepresent the actual historic figures to do add a moral to the piece.
This is Alexander the Great by the Master of the Griselda Legend (c. 1494 - 1495), in which the artist clearly recognises that Alexander was a total diva, but also felt the need to imply in the Latin that he was a good moral lad because he was chaste and 'cast out' lust from his heart. There's nothing about him doing other virtuous things, like, y'know, the subject of the actual painting. Just the whole 'casting out lust' thing.
(Alexander had three wives at the same time, and a further male 'closest friend'. So chaste.)
Details below the cut~
I am so very rusty in my Latin ever Sence I stopped taking it in school, I see you speak it! Do you have any tips on how to learn Latin outside of a classroom, or at least brush up the skill? Thank you
I'm so, so sorry, I literally only just realised that I do actually have an open asks thing so this is a whole year late BUT here are some tips:
- Make/find posters that demonstrates the conjugations and inflections of words, like this;
- Practice in any way you can, which is honestly pretty hard for Latin. I ended up buying a catholic Latin-language bible (I'm not even Christian lmao) because I couldn't afford a physical copy any other Latin text, and I annotated it with my thoughts on the text in Latin.
- Try writing small things like diary entries in Latin!
- Get yourself a Latin dictionary. Some come with loads of grammar tips, alongside the usefulness of the diary.
- If you live in Western Europe, you'll probably find Latin inscriptions in places like stately homes, graveyards, old government buildings, or even just on some old building. Have a look for them, and have a shot at translating them.
- Be patient with yourself; I've studied Latin for years and still often make really dumb mistakes. It's okay!
What if, instead of Wyll 'monster hunter' Ravenguard doing absolutely nothing when it's revealed that Astarion is a vampire, they instead had a dramatic, homoerotic swordfight en pointe?
I'm curious, how many Taliesin enjoyers are also Baldur's Gate 3 enjoyers? And of that number, how many of them are Astarion enjoyers? I feel like it's pretty common to be all three, lol.
The Thalmor's Shadow Announcement
Happy Thanksgiving and holidays all! I wish I came with happier news.
Unfortunately, updates for Taliesin will come to a stop for the foreseeable future. The VA and I will not be working together anymore. I will not be going into details as its' not my place.
The mod will remain up but there will be no more updates. I will do fixes to issues and bugs if they continue to occur.
For now, I'm still accepting asks about the character. As for Taliesin's future, I will still use my break to go over new possibilities for him.
I still love this character very much and I enjoy working on him, we'll see what will happen in 2026.
Yet again, my devious little plan of action was rendered useless and tossed onto the ever-growing pile of failures by Anubis. Osiris hates me, Anubis is failing me, and I really don't want to have to involve Khonsu.
A Certain Tombstone in the Lower City Graveyard - A BG3 modding WIP
The insane thing is, it does actually almost work. Hoping to get it to change appearance after a certain cutscene, but it ain't going so good. Osiris is my no. 1. op right now.
Life and Death Plague Doctor Mask Recolour - The Arcana
Only a very simple recolour for today. Can be used for Julian Devorak sims, or just general white-red aesthetic sims. You'll need the Life and Death pack for this one, but I've made it a standalone item, so you don't need to unlock it through the career.
You can download for free it at my [Patreon]
It's June 1. It's time.
Go be gay.
You know what time it is.
Here's as many pictures from the Oblivion Remaster that's supposed to shadow drop to PC, Xbox and Playstation next week as I can find! Sourced from the Virtous website, but it's now been removed.
