Afiyah means you’re asking Allah (SWT) to protect you from any pains or sufferings in this world and hereafter. It is referring to overall well-being. This can include health, wealth, and safety from anything that may be deemed as harmful.
As you can see this Dua is a very powerful dua. It’s asking Allah not only for success in this world but the afterlife as well which is the real indicator of success.

Alongside my loved ones living a simple life, travelling with my dear parents and wishing them good health for many years to go InshaAllah. May Allah grant us and our loved ones abundance of blessings and health so we can love each other longer. Amin YRA.
As shown on the result shown, it shows that i am a Campaigner. By definition campaigner is defined as: "Campaigners (ENFPs) are true free spirits – outgoing, openhearted, and open-minded.
Personally i do agree with some of the statements. I do agree that am a outgoing, open hearted and open-minded person. As the test shows i am more likely to be an extroverted person.
Moving on to the weaknesses part, I can relate with this as i am usually disorganised, restless and unfocused due to incapability to multitask a-lot of thing at the same time.
This helps me in understanding myself better and try to improve my daily life in managing my stress more effectively in future.

The course CCUB4 Section 11 was very insightful and meaningful. The activities every week were interesting and it allows me to learn more about our beautiful religion as well as gain more knowledge on the topics discussed.
How To Be A Better Person In Life

Zinnirah Al-Rumiya
Blinded eyes to see virtual world, but her heart is not blind to the light of Islam.
She was born in Rome and was a slave for Umar Al-Khattab. Zinnirah was amongst the first to embrace Islam in Mecca. Umar Al-Khattab was against her conversion. She was then tortured badly by Umar Al-Khattab and Abu Jahl. Her face was slapped, her hands are tied down and were left in the hot noon sun. The intense torture continues until she lost her eyesight, however Zinnirah remains patience and persevered. She prays to Allah and realised that this was a test for her and held firmly the rope of Allah sincerely. Zinnirah prays, “My Lord has the power to make me see again.” Nothing for Allah is impossible. He says, “Be” and it is. Allah definitely has absolute and complete power over everything. Zinnirah was an epitome of tawakkul. She believes that as long as her faith held on to Allah her Lord, she was ready to face any harm that came her way. Indeed, her eyesight was restored.
This story teaches us that just because we are undergoing a difficulty doesn’t mean that Allah has forsaken us rather we need to view it as a test from Allah. Our Prophet S.A.W told us that Allah tests whom He loves. Although Zinnirah was physically tortured with all sorts of pain, suffering and distress, her heart remains in Allah S.W.T.
The one who should cherish and protected you was the one who harmed you.
The only difference is that emotional abuse may not be seen from outside for the world to see but is felt deep inside.
Children minds are fragile, their emotions run deep. Don't destroy them mentally because of our words. No child deserves to live in fear.
A victim may only reach out for help once. As an adult, if a child says they are scared. Believe them and seek for help.
Emotional abuse is as damaging as physical abuse. You don't have to hit a child to HURT them.

- We are born with our own different personalities that are associated with challenges and opportunities that differs from everyone.
- In order to discover our personality, we need to work in accordance to our own individual personality. Find out our strengths and weaknesses and own up to it. Failure is not necessarily bad all the time, be willing to try again. Through this, we will know more about ourself. We learn more from failure than from success. Don’t let it stop you. Let it inspire you.
- As said by Nouman Ali Khan "Apply yourself in anything you do. Whatever you jump into, dive in. Dive in. And really dive in. And don't be afraid to fail and try things." Do something full heartedly, explore and work on it as if we are going on an amazing adventure. Every effort are worth doing and we will see the results soon.
- Instil good intentions and have faith in Allah in everything that we do. “If you believe it will work out, you’ll see opportunities. If you believe it won’t, you’ll see obstacles.”
- Advices may be seek from others, we may consider their opinions but we should make our own decision and tawakal to Allah and we should move on with our life.
