To summarize and give you a short answer, masturbation isn’t explicitly mentioned in the Bible, but God’s rules for what sex is supposed to be are talked about a lot. It is supposed to be a pleasureful tool use to bring together a man and woman as “one flesh”. When you masturbate, you are turning a bonding experience into a singular thing that is 100% about pleasure.
