Customers

So I recently got my first job over the summer and so I have been working in customer support for a couple of months now, and can I just say that THE WORLD DOESN'T REVOLVE AROUND YOU!! I don't know everything about your life and i'm not a mind reader. If you need something specific you have to say it beforehand or i'm not gonna know. Especially if you have a disability and need a different kind of service. I'm happy to help in any way possible but there is no way for me to know anything about you unless you tell me.

I do really love my job but sometimes people are just plain rude about things that you had no way of knowing about. Like I get paid 10 dollars an hour and that is not nearly enough to deal with you yelling at me over an overpriced cup of coffee

Snow

Sometimes I lay in my bed, and it’ll be at night, and I would be feeling at my lowest. And I’ll lay there and hope that one day I will lay down in a field and it will start to snow. And and it will snow and snow and snow, until my body is covered in layers and layers of it. And it’ll will be frozen solid and I will lay there and sleep for a thousand years. And then one day the snow will start to melt, until my body is uncovered. And as I thaw, flowers will grow all around me until I wake up in a field of them. And then I will walk off into the grouping of trees, with flowers clutched in my hand, and find a small little cottage left just for me. And as the years go by I will grow my own food and craft and build things to my hearts content, and read the books that were left on the shelf for me from I time I don’t remember. And then one day someone will come across my little cottage and they are very tired from their travels, so I will invite them in for a cup of tea. And we will talk for hours upon hours. And they will decide to stay for a while. And the while stretches into years, and they decide to never leave. And one day I would ask them where they were going when they first came across my cottage. And they would respond that they were looking for something but they didn’t know exactly what, but now they are sure that that something was me.

My sister has no common sense

My sister can walked into my room and look past all the stuff that I stole from her room and then turn around and accuse me of stealing her dry shampoo because we use the exact same brand and she thought the bottle on my bathroom counter was hers. That bitch might be 5 years older than me with a Bachelor’s degree but I will always be two miles ahead of her in the common sense department.

Colonel Sanders Dating Sim?

I was on Discord last night hanging out with some friends and one of them goes

“Ooo i’m gonna stream my Colonel Sanders Dating Sim Game!”

Which took me for a fucking loop, and there is so much to unpack. But we never got the chance to because he couldn’t do it because he had forgotten that he GOT BANNED FROM STEAM FOR TWO WEEKS????And he would not answer even one of my questions?!?!

It will be awhile before I stop thinking about this.

Sometimes defeating enemies means making new friends 

you know like when you start to understand someone more and you realize that they are just a person going through things, so you defeat them with kindness and then suddenly this person that you didn’t like is now someone you can go to for help and will be there for you when you need them and you just gained a new friend.

Friends

I think what sucks the most is having friends who only talk to you when they need your help. But when you need help they just don’t come through. When they’re going through something your always there to listen, but where are they when you’re sad and lonely. They are no where to be found.

Focusing

Are you ever really focused on something and you’re just blowing through your work and everything is all fine and dandy and then you have to reread a sentence or a stray thought comes into your head and ALL THAT FOCUS IS JUST FUCKING GONE! WHERE DID IT GO?? CAN IT COME BACK??? PLEASE????????

Rulers

Is it anybody else first instinct when they get a ruler to just randomly start hitting yourself with it. Cause I got one in my hand and some ancient monkey part of my brain went 

SLAP YOURSELF WITH IT 

and there was nothing I could do as I preceded to slap myself with it on my leg over and over again
