You know, when Djen was talking about the darkness of humanity, I kind of had a feeling that her project didn't have our best interests at heart.

I appreciate that this conflict between the siblings isn't relying on, as many shows would, a forced-feeling "they're not ready for this technology," or "she naively thinks she's doing the right thing but it's actually going to cause a lot of harm," motivation. She straight-up is doing it, unless I'm much mistaken, to make Earth a better home for her and John's people. To colonize Earth.

Really looking forward to the Reign of the Weredragon miniseries. That's one of the Hope & Fear campaign frames that intrigued me the most.

Bolaire lamenting “I’ve lost everything” when Teor and Cyd’s souls are, ya know, but a little way above their heads is kind of funny.

Look, we obviously can’t know, and who knows what’s been filmed, but I get the distinct impression that some of these characters will die before they converge again.

Not exactly the most novel thought, but I can’t quite shake it.

Okay, putting this out there based off of, I have to stress, NOTHING AT ALL, but: what if the Obrimus Manor timer is fake and just serves as motivation for the players to act?

Honestly, the stuff at the table about a possible Sundered Houses ritual and Thjazi possibly working for them (seriously where *did* that come from?) feels like some of the players are so concerned about missing a Big Brennan Trick that they’re actually completely missing some obvious signposts and the overall vibe.

Oh shit, did someone use Speak with Dead on Thjazi after he died? Because you can't use it on someone who has had the spell cast on them in the last 10 days, and it's been about that long since he died.

Marisha celebrates the raising of Murray's proficiency bonus and upping of Arcana to +11 by rolling a Natural 1.

I know they just buried Thjazi, but it occurs to me that Vaelus is one her way back to Dol-Makjar having just gained access to Speak with Dead via the Stone of Nightsong.
