Yay, had to update the description cus I've lost a little more weight. God, it's been a slow process haha. But phew, finally moving in the right direction - as of today I am 113 pounds, and on the second day of the 30 day shred. 

Arms are killing me so who knows how im going to manage with the weights today but that is the point i suppose..

Been so unmotivated in the past week and have felt really, really low, depressed and anxious after coming off my pill. Now come back on tumblr and all these pics are inspiring me all over again. 

Anyway, I've made a huge list of things I've got to do tomorrow including go for a run aaaand start the 30 day shred.
