Kurain Village’s Favourite Nuisance

evelyn fey! The 19 year old fey girl who hangs around the WAA and helps with investigations! She’s pearl fey’s cousin on her dads side, so eve isnt directly related to Maya and Mia. 

she’s a lot of fun, and likes to say the first thing that comes to her mind. This leads to very out of the box suggestions during case investigations, but they end up working sometimes. She stays up late with her best friend and pieces together evidence for the rest of the agency to use in court. 

she can’t channel spirits very well, because her parents tried to keep her away from her aunt and not drag her into the whole medium thing. For the longest time, she didn’t really care. when she was around 12, she took pride in it because she very much wanted to get out of kurain village at the time. but later when she starts hanging around lawyers a lot she starts feeling useless compared to Maya and Pearl. she wont tell anyone, but she still wishes she could have the title of ‘mystic’ like the other two girls. 

Despite that, she managed to get her hands on a magatama and tried to keep it a secret, but pheonix quickly realized what her strange mannerisms around him were about. She doesnt use the magatama on phoenix, because she knows he’ll probably know what she’s doing, but around other people she uses it a bit more liberally. even if she doesn’t plan on breaking the locks, the knowledge that the person she’s speaking to is lying is enough for her. 

She also cares about her friends a lot. She likes to make fun of them, especially Apollo, but she means it all as a joke. Humour is how she copes with things (like death) after her initial sluggish shock passes. death of people close to her is a bit touchy to her, because it resurfaces the feeling of helplessness she has due to her lack of strong spiritual powers. 

She does manage to channel Mia Fey, and then Clay Terran in spirit of justice after a breakdown due to her helplessness and anger at herself. After this, she doesn’t train to become a full fledged spirit medium, but she finds comfort in the fact that she could at least attempt to channel someone at a later point.

*upon entering the WAA office one morning, Xavier is surprised to see a girl not much younger than him bothering his coworker Apollo Justice. he never saw her around before, though he hasn't been around for long himself*

"uhh..."

upon noticing another person in the room, she looks back.

“Oh! Do you work here too? I didn’t notice you earlier.”

"yes, I do. I didn't know Mr. Wright hired someone else again so quickly"

*he studies the girl for a moment*

she motions vaguely towards Apollo, then turns back to the person she was talking to.

“Anyways, what’s your name? I’m Evelyn, but you can call me Eve!”

“Hey, do you work here?” She asks.

"Alright. Sounds good." He entered the office, re-locking the door behind him. Mr. Wright wasn't big on leaving the office open for anyone to enter.

"So.. Expecting someone else? Do you want me to go get someone, or....?"

her expression looks slightly teasing, but she still looks like she means it.

”by the way, what’s your name? And do you know Phoenix Wright?”

”huh? Who is ‘it’? I wouldn’t hurt others, at least not anything that will affect anyone for more than a minute or so. I don’t really know what you’re trying to ask, but I also don’t really know what I’m saying half the time so I’m not really one to speak… heh…’
