The day was rather shinning for the current moment, a murder had just so happened and the police was.. everywhere. Against her better will, Kristal WAS at the crime scene, however... She didnt bring her usual detective(brother), and only had permission bc of her father to be on the scene. She wandered through it, untill.. she accidentally bumped onto someone, unfortunaly or fortunaly.

“ehi- watch it!” She groaned, holding on her hand her riding crop and slamming it on the floor to catch the others attention... Unsure if shes aware of who shes even fully dealing with, but is she to blame...? Nah. Shes so used to being stopped she thought it was another police officer stopping her because shes “too young” to be there. ... Even with her real defense attorneys badge displayed.

The day had been more then busy for Xavier so far. All morning he had been doing paperwork at the agency right up until around ten minutes ago when he got the more then urgent phone call to immediately be at a murder scene. He was rushing thru the streets to the crime scene, not looking where he was going, when he bumped into someone. He was about to pick up his fallen down case when the slamming of the riding crop sucsessfully catches his attention.

"Ah, sorry young miss, I was just on my way to.. hm?" He looks at the other properly now, her attorneys badge immediately catching his eye. It was quite an unusual sight, such a young girl with a seemingly real attorneys badge walking around a crime scene. Does that mean... "Sorry, but are you by chance a defense attorney?"

“... Gh, yes i am, is there anything wrong?” her arms crossed as she looked up at him, riding crop on her hands while she looked at Xavier, raised eyebrow while observing him. No one told her someone else would be at the crime scene with her after all. So she was really... Suspicious afterall. But she could let it pass if nothing went wrong at all.

“.... I’ll be defending this case.” she explained, pointing her riding crop to his chest while she stood there, staring at him.

"really? Oh, there must have been a mistake then! you see.." He pulls out a shiny attorneys badge out of his own pocket now and presents it to Kristal ".. I am also a defense attorney. I was specifically called by my client to defend her not to long ago actually" He smiles sweetly but if you look closely you notice it's a bit pressed while he keeps his eye on the riding crop in Kristal's hands.

"Well, you somehow passed them as well. How did you end up here anyway Ms..?" He did notice now that the two had never introduced themselfs to eachother. “Kristal.” she said. “Kristal Gavin-Walker, almost prodigy Defense Attorney, and i was assigned this case.” she used her riding crop to point to the crime scene, before she crossed her arms once again and watched Xavier, her hand gently fidgetting with the loving riding crop she held on her hands while they stood there in a now almost awkward and tense silence.

Xavier bows a little befor her "Xavier Richter, newest addition to the famous Wright Anything Agency" He stands up properly again. "It's nice to meet you, Ms. Gavin-Walker." He falls silent while thinking about what she said for a little while

"... If you were really assigned this case then there must have been a mixup or something. Either we're supposed to defend the same person or one of us is at the wrong murder"

Ah, part of the Wright Anything Agency.. she had thought of applying to study as an intern there, but gave up and studied elsewhere. ... Said place still being the same place she most likely was still under. She took a breath, before taking her case out, amd handling him the case, which was this exact one of the current crime scene. The case file were neatly organized, alongside notes Kristal herself.

“as you can see here, ill be the one defending.” she pointed out, using her riding crop to make her point go across him. “most certainly there was some kind of mistake.” she added with a small shrug before she crossed her arms again, observing Xavier closely to see if she could trust him or not.

He took a quick look at the file she just handed him before leaning down to his case (wich was still on the floor) and pulling out an almost exact copy with only a few oieces of evidence missing. "Well, looks like we both got the same case. I can take it from here, thank you very much. After all, I was the one specifically asked for by our client." He was still smiling politely at this point but it turned a bit fake looking. He kept it up nonetheless.

“but-” did her words mean nothing again? Good lord, older people. She couldnt tolerate how they could be at times. Her eyebrows furrowed, before she quickly smacked her riding crop on the floor, almost on purpose hitting Xavier, before she grabbed her files and crossed her arms. “fool.” was all she said- maybeee she had a bit of franziska in her. “you cant take MY case from here. I have already talked with the client after i was sent by my mentor, im not letting such foolish fool steal it.” boy, was she determinated to finish the case now.

... It could be the stress from hwr home life also taking some place, but she couldnt help herself, shes also still a kid, a determinated one to prove shes worth anything- something, atleast. Plus she had done so maby research already and looked properly through the evidences she couldnt just drop the case now, could she? Shed end up having a breakdown if so.

"Ow, that hurt! watch where you hit with that!" He took a moment to compose and ground himself. ((This is still just a child, I should't be so harsh to her. But still, this is my case and I'm not giving it up so easy))

"Ms Gavin-Walker, isn't there some way we can resolve this where both of us walk away happy? You haven't even let me talk to our client yet"

Well hello there! It's been a while since I did anything on this blog and I recently decided to try and revive it a little.
