One step every Woman takes a moment to do in preparing for a training or workout session is to pull their hair back. Some Women use ponytails or buns, others use pigtails, others leave it down. Personally, none of these listed options work for me. My hair doesn’t stay in the ponytail or bun, or it whips around when I’m training. 

I have worn variations of all the styles in this video and find that they are all very comfortable and stay in place throughout my entire training session with the right anchors in place.
