somewhere in the sadness of the AU we made a sidestory and have somehow all decided that Phoenix Fires are an even more domesticated version of firetrucks and appear in swarms. They got created because Deus accidentally "over-cute'd" FN and tried to experiment again

They all are called "Phoenix Fire". So explorers who found the first swarm ever gave nicknames for each like "Fifi", "Fofo", "Fafa" and they rolled with it

Anyway point is 1000 years later everyone knows a Phoenix Fire because they're good at their job, scattered everywhere, and by then everyone forgot that they're actually a swarm.

they can combine to make a Biggie Fire. I have no idea how we ended up here

Ambler doesn't know that every PF he's met is different. They are all too nice to say out loud they're all different bots. But he definitely knows that they're all very sweet
