im going to start a proper ed diary from today on being today 1/30 days since i wasnt active the past month my starting weight is again 50kg and my goal will be 45kg but for now im going to focus on getting to 48kg in 2 weeks any tips ?

i weighed myself 2 days ago 49kg binged the next two i feel like shit i wanna d1e
i made onigiri today with tuna and it was really good i only ate one since im going to a family grill which im terrified of so wish me luck
i think one was about 270kcals
i really want to weight myself to update my weight but i cant bc in on my period 😭😭
heres what i ate today
omlette, rice cakes - 326kcals
banana smoothie - 200kcals
watermelon- idk it barely has any
also did my workout imma post the ones i do the most
suck it up and one day you wont have to suck it in
tw calorie count :
lunch - caesar salad 396kcals
snack - apple 70kcals
dinner- pringles 252kcals
i also did my 40min workout dunno how many i burned tho
so total - 718kcals
i found this great weight loss tracker imma use it now

and i also added 2 calorie “trackers” for yogurt and my fruit
i binged so imma do a 47h fast im done lesson learned
