SEVENTH job I’ve been fired from over some bullshit
No bc the disrespect and unprofessionalism is so crazy. U can’t just fire someone without bringing ur issues w them to their attention first w no warning at all. And then the way u can’t even talk to HR afterwards like bro this is peoples lives ur playing w … but oh I forgot we’re not humans 🥲
#I’m so upset#the way it was handled was such a fuck you to me#and like why fuck me?? I was good at my job I’m just immunocompromised and working w these kids getting sick all the time#do u rlly expect me to show up to work puking and coughing and dragging#or if this is an issue for you then just say it to me and COMMUNICATE#I swear the autistic people are the normal people in this world#and everyone else is just an avoidant freak bruh#like CLEAR COMMUNICATION PPL#and I love how if u seek out direct communication even if ur being completely gently and nice#the fact that ur being direct feels like a threat to them??#and the way I never tell my employers I’m autistic bc I’d rather just not#and I shouldn’t have to tbh#yall should just communicate and be normal#also the way missing 5 shifts over a 3 months period is considered an attendance problem in America is fucking wild#bro I’m there 90% of the time#and I always made up time I missed too#and told them I’m immunocompromised#and they dgaf#the way nothing is on paper either#which is a human rights violation#or at least should be#if we had human rights in this country#wild as fuck#personal#just ranting#rants
