Some thoughts about 'em:

Leon is a young tiger shark merman that living alone in the ocean and choosing this coast. Maybe he got lost a long time ago. Also, Leon can't speak or understand human speech, but he knows few words and can almost pronounce them very close.

Claire is a marine biologist specializing in predators like sharks and their behavior or migrations, maybe. She LOVES the sea. And actually wasn't afraid of the shark boy on the her beach :D
