I refuse to believe this bit in DC x Sonic #3 is anything other than an absolutely diabolical Archie reference on Ian's part
Sure, there's the quip where Beast Boy calls Knuckles an otter so that he can write it off as merely a joke about the ultra-obscure fake Sonic character Rankles the Otter. Gives him plausible deniability with Ken's copyright bullshit, since it takes so little for him to threaten litigation. But come on. Come oooonnnnnn. Where is a Sonic comic reader's mind going to go when there's a joke about green Knuckles?
narutos
There are a lot of scenes depicting the contrast between Naruto and Sasuke but one of my favourite is the difference in the way they mourn
When sasuke learns the truth about Itachi and we see him crying and the anguish on his face is very obvious and he isn't holding back any emotion, he is crying his heart out
But a few chapters later, we see Naruto learning about about Jiraiya's death he just shuts off he doesn't talk to people properly and when we see him crying it looks like he is in shock, there's a sort of blank expression with tears running down his face
It's interesting because we mostly see Naruto being loud and expressing himself without any filter and Sasuke being reserved and I think it also kinda ties to dark Naruto, how he always tries to be positive and act like he has forgiven and forgotten everything but he just keeps bottling up his emotions and has difficulty accepting his negative side.
