"Waiting for Rain" was inspired by watching the Grey Heron by the Ceres burn where I grew up. Like a lonely sentinel,hunched and stark he stands for hours in the cold water-hoping for a glimmer of fish scales.. This piece was a commission/gift for my dad..

'An eye for beauty"' The magpie is a striking crow with an eye for all that sparkles. This piece was created using digital painting,coloured pencil and photogaphic collage effects for a contemporary wildlife art with bright spangles of gold.

Stargazer ..

I liked incorporating a rough edge to the dark purple backdrop- the cosmic swirls and spatter of stars sing true to the nocturnal soul of the barn owl and his eternal marriage to the sky and stars.

Synergy was created in expressing the elusive nature of dolphins and their profound compassionate energies. The resonating buzz of secretive thoughts between these sentient beings is visualised through vibrant pink hues and expressive mark marking.. #dolphins
