a laugh escapes, soft &&. fluttering, much like how often giovanni’s cape blew in the wind. molly cherishes moments like these, where the weight of dreaded societal contracts or adulthood’s responsibilities didn’t press down so hard on her. just brief glimpses into childhood, where she could be the beartrap the potage made her out to be. marshmallows bounce in her hair as she giggles endlessly, crooked finger ushered over her smile to hide its brilliance behind a bit of polite etiquette.
