What has happened to our vocabulary?

I would like to pose a question. Please feel free to agree, disagree, or comment as you like. My question is this; what is going on in our collective mind set that the word "Fucking" has become the adjective for intensity. Likewise, the word "Fucked" has become a noun indicating that something bad has or is going to happen. For example, if one gets pulled over by law enforcement for driving while intoxicated, some might say " Uh-oh, he's fucked". In the case of the former as a descriptive term. "you are a fucking idiot" or maybe, that car is fucking cool".

Now, as a general rule, I enjoy this activity. For the most part, I agree with the phrase "even bad sex is good sex". Sex is free. In many cases, it may be had for the cost of a date. Dinner, a glass of wine, and maybe a movie, will go a long way in my book. Not only is it how we propagate our species, but, It is an activity that anyone can enjoy, in a consensual fashion of course. If you are rich or poor, young adult or senior adult, large or small, or ethnically diverse, you can enjoy a vibrant sex life if you wish. There are pills, injections, hormone treatments, diets, sex toys, books and affiliated organizations to help ensure a healthy, happy sex life. We classify ourselves, often in a way indicative of what pleases us sexually. There is straight, vanilla, gay, lesbian, dominant, submissive, soloist, BDSM lifestyle, and probably a hundred other terms for how we like to "fuck". Once again, I stress, consensual is the key. People who have nonconsensual fantasies are experiencing just that, fantasy. If they want or wish the fantasy to be acted upon, then they imply or give consent. Otherwise, it is a horrendous violation of another human being. In it's sanitized iteration, we call it sexual assault, more commonly known as rape.

I digress. We used to use many, many other words to describe our level of feeling for different aspects of our lives. Words like incredible, amazing, unbelievably, intelligent, angelic, or lazy, incompetent, terrible, or hedonistic to more accurately describe things or people around us. Instead, we have turned the "F" bomb into a catchall description for everything. If you walked up to me in my place of business and said "You are fucking hot!" I would suggest that you get back to High School before they stop serving lunch in the cafeteria and please don't be late to your remedial reading class. On the other hand, if you were to walk up and say something like "Hello, I was just walking by and felt the need to stop and talk to a beautiful woman" then you have my complete attention. We may both know it is only a pick up line, but, at least my interest level is raised for a while. I will also not make the automatic leap to conclude that you are a classless moron.

I am not a disgruntled English teacher, nor am I a language snob. I just feel that it is ridiculous to hijack a word, regardless of how vulgar some think it is, that generally represents one of the more pleasant aspects of our lives. I would just like to see us pay a little more attention to how we deal with and treat each other. I don't think we can do that by sophomorically referencing everything to acts we perform with our genitals. Well, I am glad to get that off my C-cups. Feel free to let the "F- you" storm begin, but be sure to let me know if it is in a positive or negative context. I'd hate to get confused. Lol.

I Don't know how it happened. I'm not supposed to be the one to worry about getting caught. He's the married one. We had just finished going at it like rabbits. He had gone and I was alone, having a cigarette, enjoying the after glow of a forbidden tryst. There was a knock at the hotel room door. I thought my lover had returned for a bit more sinful fun. When I opened the door, a strange man and woman pushed their way in. The man grabbed both my wrists in one massive hand and clamped the other hand over my mouth. The woman pulled a large coil of rope and a roll of athletic tape from her oversized purse. "I'm the wife of you're boyfriend you little whore" she hissed " and you're going to regret it, bitch"! Now I'm locked in the back of the man's van, bound, unable to get free and unable to cry for help, or for that matter, beg for my life. Fear creeps in as I realize no one can hear me, no one can help me, and no one knows where I am.

Thank very much kind sir. I am still debating with the whole picture issue. I may have a solution to that in a self portrait I just shared with a friend. It would be me but it would also be one of those things where if my pastor were to see it, he probably wouldn’t snap to the fact it was me if we were standing next to each other. It would also provide a glimpse of what I look like for anyone crazy enough to be curious about me. I know it sounds like convoluted woman speak but I have to do these things in baby steps.

Dear Lord! I think I'm Officialy a Perv!

I have been chatting and socializing from my new desktop and working from my old one. The oldie died on me this week as I was, oddly enough, trying to post some pictures here from my fairly large collection. Tits up after more than five years. Thursday, I saw the high school son of my next door neighbor out getting in his car and I said "Hi" just trying to be friendly. He got out of the little car, one of those little PT Cruisers I think, and walked about half the distance between us and started chatting me up a bit. I an pretty sure all three of their boys have or have a crush on me. I asked him if je had any experience fixing computers. He told me he loved building them and that he was pretty good at trouble shooting computer problems. I asked him if he would come over on the weekend and take a look at mine. He said he would be happy to.

So, today he comes over and knocks on the door. I show him to the back bedroom where the desk top is set up. He asks me for a Philips head screwdriver and I go get him one from my tool drawer. I sat on the bed and talked as he worked on my computer. I crossed my legs and became painfully aware that I was wearing nylons and garters under my skirt and I was all alone with a reasonably attractive young man. I thought about it and then I thought about it some more. I thought about it a lot. When I thought I was going to give in to my baser desires, I asked Pete casualty how old he was now. !7, "I'll be 18 next Summer after I graduate". Wow, I felt as if I had a bucket of cold water poured over me! I really wanted to go all Mrs. Robinson on this kid but I felt bad because he is still a minor. It's a shame too. I work so much at my shop that I don't get to meet many unattached men and I really felt like rocking this young man's world. In the end, I gave him $50 for getting the old computer up and running. Who knows, maybe next June I will have a mysterious out break of computer problems. So I ask you, am I crazy or would anybody have done anything differently? It tells me one thing about myself. I need to get out more often and meet people.

Lol! I honestly don't have any of me smoking. I suppose I should fix that. I am still struggling with the desire to put pictures of myself on display for everyone to see. There are normally honest revelations about me in my captions. Sometimes they lean toward the “tongue-in-cheek” variety but usually contain a nugget of truth or a fantasy, wish, or desire. I'm so glad you enjoy my painting/picture. I honestly do not know if the cause is being single and a bit on the "mature" side at the holidays or not, but my passions seem to be my driving force lately. I can assure you of one thing though, I will definitely explore and enjoy my opportunities as they reveal themselves. ; )

Texas is about as specific as I would like to be for now. I'm not trying to be aloof or a bitch, but that's as specific as I feel comfortable with right now. I've had some interesting suggestions and offers I'd prefer to remain in the digital world.

I've been thinking about the whole picture thing. I have had several interesting offers but the fact is I am just too chicken. I take good care of myself so it's not really an esteem issue as much as the fear that once I put those pictures out in a public domain they are out there pretty much forever. I let my best friend tie me up and shoot some black and white, noir type pictures for a project of hers. They are very shadowy and in most of them, my face is obscured with cigarette smoke drifting by or shadows. My face is pretty difficult to see clearly. I am giving some thought to sharing these. I wore nylons, suspenders and heels (not my ballet heels) with a ton of shibari style hemp rope. I have on a ball gag, sometimes around my neck, sometimes in my mouth. It's a little hard to make out, the way she took the pictures. Not a lesbian thing just something I let her talk me into for a photography class she was taking. So, I am struggling with fear on one side and the desire to share myself on the other. Maybe one day I can screw up my courage enough to go for it. Thank you for the complement on my blog. Okay.......You all are going to think I have completely gone over to the dark side! I mean complete insanity! I saw this on another blog and it left me completely breathless. Thank you dearest! Today your comments are my gain! I would love to try an armbinder/single glove one day. Unfortunately, it usually requires two people and I am a little reluctant to share my kink with the men I have dated since my husband and I split. Understandably, I would think. In answer to your question, yes, a few times. Before our divorce I tried to get my husband involved in my love for bondage. He tied me up nicely, per my instructions, including my elbows. We even role played my being kidnapped on one of our anniversaries. I can also tie them pretty wel during self bondage play although I can't quite make them touch when I am by myself. I pull my elbows in, tie them off and the finish at the wrists with pre-tied loops and a slipknot or noose as a cinch, handcuffs, or heavy plastic zip ties. There have been a couple of other times. My best friend tied me elbows and all for a photography class she was in a few years ago. One of those artsy black and white noir shoots. I have a number of those pictures stashed away. Maybe I will eventually get brave enough to post a few since most of them don't show my face clearly or are cast in shadow. The answer to your second question is also yes. I enjoy it immensely. I did not realize until recently that bondage models are generally bound in a way that is not so constricting that they can be hurt or injured. Sort of trick photography if you will. The tying party or rigger is usually very experienced at this. Not knowing this, I have always tried to completely immobilize myself. I like my elbows, wrists, thighs, knees and ankles completely welded together with rope. Another fun fact about me is I don't like to be gagged for show. I like for a gag to actually keep my mouth shut and keep me from yelling or screaming for rescue. I like a good mouth packing, tape. and a scarf or rag over the tape to prevent make up or lipstick from working it loose. I have recently purchased several rolls of microfoam tape and like it very much. So... I am sure this is a much longer answer than you were expecting but I will try to learn to use brevity more if the future to try and keep from putting anyone else to sleep. Lol!
