Spamton Zine Leftover Sales Update

To ALL Spamton Zine Leftover Sales Customers: We apologize for all the radio silence on our end as we discussed potential solutions/outcomes to this zine and dealt with real-life situations on top of it. After no updates or any bit of communication from Soul for over 4 months, we have come to the conclusion that she will not be returning the goods or zine funds any time soon. Because of this, we are urging every Spamton Zine leftovers customer to file a dispute with PayPal, your credit card company, or your bank ASAP. We cannot apologize enough for the way this zine turned out, and we truly hope that everyone can receive their hard-earned money back. Every leftovers customer will receive a digital bundle of the zine as compensation this weekend, as these are the goods we still have access to. You can find out how to file a dispute on PayPal here.  You have approximately 180 days after a purchase to file a dispute and an extra 20 days to escalate it to a claim. With Leftover Sales having opened in late-January 2023, we once again urge everyone to file this dispute ASAP. Hello there! Thank you so much for reaching out. We have just posted an update in regards to our situation with Mod Soul and the status of Leftovers Shipping. TL;DR: We have not heard from Mod Soul in almost two months now, and only she currently has access to all product and finances. Despite this, we will still make sure all orders are fulfilled, we just do not know when. The Spamton Zine Mod Team is currently discussing matters with all other zines affected, and we hope to have more information soon. Update on Leftovers Shipping

Those of you familiar with the zine scene may already be aware that communication with Soul has ceased completely for almost two months now, and it is affecting every zine she is a part of. At this time, Soul is currently in possession of all remaining Spamton Zine products and finances, and none of the mods have any means of accessing them. We do not believe this is a deliberate ghosting attempt, and we do believe all orders will eventually be fulfilled. We have made multiple attempts to reach Mod Soul to ultimately no avail. Mod Koma is only capable of fulfilling orders containing digital goods, but physical goods will be indefinitely postponed. Mod Koma would like to apologize for lack of communication during all this. Mod Koma has unfortunately been dealing with stressful life issues, and Soul's disappearance has caused a great amount of stress for the rest of our Mod team, of which there are only three of us. Regardless, we will do everything to make sure all orders are fulfilled. This zine is a complete passion project and Mod Koma's first head-modded zine. We understand all the stress and anxiety this situation has caused, as all of you have spent your hard earned money on our zine, and you deserve everything you purchased. Mod Koma and the rest of the Mod Team are currently in talks with other affected zines to discuss potential options and resolve this situation ASAP. Thank you all so much for your patience. We apologize for the inconvenience.  We have also gone ahead and closed Leftovers Sales. Thank you for all your amazing support, and we can't wait for you all to finally receive your Spamton goodies once we work through this hurdle. Important Leftovers Announcement!

Hello everyone! We'd like to let everyone know that, at this time, shipping of Leftover Sales orders will be temporarily postponed. Our shipping mod, Soul, has been facing significant health issues, and we do not wish to risk her health and have her overexert herself. We want to make sure she's in the best shape to ship out your orders, so that your order receives the care it deserves when it's shipped.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we take the personal health of all of our team very seriously.

In the meantime, I (Mod Koma) will answer any questions you may have via either social media or email semi-frequently. I try my best to check them as frequently as I can, but please don't be alarmed if I don't respond immediately!

Are we supposed to get some kind of shipping notification via email? I have not gotten anything. (You missed my digital bundle last time so I'm a bit nervous I may have been missed again.)

Hi there! If you order just a full bundle and no pipis, then yes, you should've received an email with your tracking number! However, if you placed a joint order of both a zine bundle AND pipis, then you will not have received tracking yet, as we're still working away on those pipis of yours! As soon as we get those pipis finished up, your entire order will be shipped out, and you'll be emailed a tracking number! In regards to the digital bundle, it could've been entirely possible that we missed sending out the digital bundle, as we're only human and are, of course, subject to human error. However, the email provided while placing the order could have also been entered incorrectly, which in turn, affects any correspondence, including tracking number notifications. Hello all! Guess what! It's time for.. ANOTHER SHIPPING UPDATE! As of writing this, ALL FULL BUNDLES AND MERCH BUNDLES ARE IN THE MAIL! They should start their journey very soon! However, Pipis have been harder to package than we anticipated and are delayed.  While we can't put an exact shipping date on when the Pipis will go out, it's safe to assume they'll be making their rounds out over the next couple weeks. We hope receiving your zine and main merch will tide you over until the pipis party starts! We ALSO hope to provide you with more frequent updates as the Pipis are prepared starting sometime soon! As of right now, we have finally sorted out a delay caused by one of our manufacturers, and Mod Soul has been busy at work packing and shipping bundles! In fact, [[BIG SHOT]] bundles have begun shipping out, and Pipis are close behind!
