She soon stopped crying, proceeding to giggle and be her cheery self again. Her sire is here, and as long as he's around, all is well. Star Comet began to purr very loudly, while she continued to nuzzle against Flame Nova's faceplate.
She really did melt his core. He held her close, nuzzling her against his mask and giving her playful little zaps. Her tiny words make his expression soften as he pulls her back a little to rub his thumb over her belly plating.
"I love you, too." His voice was soft as he spoke, conveying all the love he could to her.

He nodded approvingly. As long as Bloodwing understood that he would absolutely go after him if he hurt or upset his cardling, then he would allow the medic to continue. For now.
"I'm glad we are at an understanding. She is my everything, and I will not have her even upset if it can be helped."

That gets him to pause. If he was... Just Heavy Iron? That... Wasn't something that normally happened. And it really had the little outlaw perplexed.
And lowering his guard.
After a moment, Wild Guardy huffed and uncrossed his arms, watching the Star Guardian cover his emblem. "There's no need for that." He grumbled as he stepped away from the ledge. "I'll talk."
He looked down at his clenched servo, before shaking his helm. "What do you want to know? And don't expect an answer for everything." He warned. He really didn't know why he was allowing this to happen instead of just driving off or fighting. Maybe he just... Didn't want to be alone today.
I genuinely hate doing this, and it really feels like its all I've ever been doing recently, but I really don't know what else to do at the moment and I'm honestly terrified. I was not prepared for this situation in the slightest.
I'm in desperate need of help. A whole lot is due to be paid, but my primary concern is rent, being at $1,095. Everything else I can easily pay for at a later date without too much concern.
The explanation is long, so I'll type it out under the Read More, but I could use all the help I can get to raise this in such short notice.
Paypal, Chime, Venmo, Cashapp.. Anything is appreciated.
I live with my mother as basically her in-home care taker, and in recent months, it's been insanely difficult for me to hold down a proper job because of her declining mental and physical well-being. If I leave for even an hour, she'll forget where I went and start panicking that she was abandoned or something similar to that effect. I have no one else to help me take care of her, and no family I can trust to help me in just about any respect.
For years, a vast majority of money that we've been living off of and paying for a majority of our bills (rent, electric, etc) has been paid with her disability payments she gets every month. However, this month, she hasn't received that payment.
I'm not entirely sure why that is, and I've currently sent an email to the people that pay it out as I have no other direct line of communication with the woman that handle's my mother's case since I don't know her extension number within her company, just her name.
And while I wait for her to email me back, hopefully in a timely manner, I'm stuck in limbo trying to figure out what to do to not get us evicted from our apartment... All while trying to keep the situation under wraps so that my mother doesn't find out just how bad things have gotten and she doesn't start panicking worse will just put myself into an even worse state..
He must really be getting tired, because he was reacting to the attack a second after Wild Guardy had already covered him. Blue Cop lets out a quiet vent.
"I'm fine....thanks to you. But this battle is dragging on. We need to finish this."
There was nothing but worry from the knight, but Blue Cop was more than capable of handling himself. Had proven this time and again. He huffed out an annoyed vent, before deciding that he was ending this battle now.
Spotting an opening, he launched for it. No matter how small, he had to take the chance. His sword raised... And then landed. The other Cardbot fell and Wild Guardy was able to shake off the feeling of worry, finally. "Problem solved."
( saber knight's extending a servo out
towards flame nova . holding a small
battery for the other star guardian .
come on now, gotta get something in

He stares at Saber Knight, then he takes the battery and brings it up to his mask. He hummed as he drained the battery. Appreciative of the Commander for looking out for him. Once the battery was empty, he lowered it away from his face and grunted a thanks.
The second the racer awakened from his slumber within the speranza's healing pods, he shot up to sit, only to knock his helm into the glass. Uhghh--! No pain can stop him from-- Flash Vector released himself from the pod and latched his servos against the glass containing non other than Spark Bit.
Oh thank Deus, he's okay. He's-- he may have been quite loud knocking into the pod, and he got a pair of optics staring right back at him. And yeah, Flash Vector's crying, again, visibly so, and not yet caring if any bot else was watching or not.
He'd been having such a good nap! He didn't know what woke him up, but he was blinking awake, only to come face to face with his brother. His optics widened when he realized that Vector was crying. Whoa, whoa, in all the years they had been brothers, he's only seen this twice! And now it was two times in two days?!
Spark Bit opened up his own pod once he got Flash Vector to back up, before he stretched and rolled his shoulders. Then he smiled at his big brother, before laughing softly. "You look like you haven't seen me in ages, big brother!" He teased, really having no idea what he'd put Flash Vector through. "What's up?"
⠀ ( optics shut for a brief moment .

⠀ ( mumbled, he's hurt once more .

There was a great sigh as Heavy Iron spoke. The way the knight had stripped away the dragon's confidence was both pride inducing but also so sad. He knew that he was going for the throat with his former lover. And he didn't care.
"You cannot possibly blame me for thinking that the mech who almost killed me and abandoned me would have my faith." He looked incredibly defeated.
It was painful, how much Heavy Iron's betrayal had hurt Wild Guardy. More so than even the wounds he had sustained from Solidhorn or Savannard.
"Two mechs have now broken my core. Two mechs I thought I could trust with the most fragile parts of me." He looked devastated. "I cannot bring myself to trust you once again."
