2/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (Aldi)
1 nectarine + 4 strawberries

my mom and sister have both noticed me looking smaller/skinnier, i hope they dont keep too much of an eye on me.. it feels like a compliment but like most times its coming from a place of competition, and if they compete and compare me things might get bad for me again. i dont want things to get bad again

my legs have been more of the slimmer body parts on my body but they are like inverted or just wrong bc theres no gap at the thigh but a gap around my calves💔💔💔
