This is a dndads (Dungeons & Daddies) ask/rp blog for an AU version of Sparrow Oak-Garcia! I refer to him as Swap!Sparrow officially, and refer to the AU as the Swap AU. You’ll also see Narrow (Narc + Sparrow) used because I and the other mods think it’s funny <3 This blog is ran by Mod Rome, who uses any pronouns! :)

💛 Sparrow is a level 4 Rogue Demon (Arcane Trickster Subclass)! I will roll for stats as soon as her character sheet is done <3
💛 Story-wise, Sparrow is swapped with Canon Nick. Her dad is @henwhore-the-bard, who is Swap!Henry, who is swapped with Canon Glenn. Her mom, Mercedes is dead because she’s swapped with Canon Morgan. Her childhood consists of a lot of wanting to be Henry, so she learns how to play the ukulele; she likes how cheerful it was compared to the loud and harsh tones of the guitar. She has been posting ukulele cover videos for two years now! She’s also employed as Henry’s PR Representative because of her interest in photography, often filming promotional videos and tagging along to a concert or two to take pictures.
Her father receives a guilty verdict for bad dad and the punishment is similar to the one dealt to Canon Glenn: her and her brother, Lark (@lark-foster), become Jodie’s sons and absolute narcs. She still plays the ukulele, but all her videos are removed from the world because, when Jodie is her father, she doesn’t have the unbridled confidence to post them. She doesn’t become a PR rep, but instead becomes super pretentious about photography.
Jodie isn’t swapped in this AU; he still becomes the demon king. After the course of the rest of Season 1, he and his brother become Demon Princes under Jodie’s rule. However, Sparrow becomes attached to Swap!Henry once he finds out that he is his true father, and enters this sort of half-narc, half-cool state that she continues to keep into the present day. She denounces herself from Hell and vows to never go back alone*.
Her current state is influenced by this as well as Swap!Lark, who she has a complicated relationship with. He is dedicated to becoming the true Demon Prince due to his father (Jodie)’s influence, and has gained a sadistic presence in the MLM world. She detests this behavior, but is beholden to her family. It’s kinda complicated, okay? Anyways, as they grow up Sparrow spends less and less time in Hell and the Foster household and attaches herself to Swap!Henry, preferring to spend her nights at his pad instead. She takes on his mannerisms and becomes a pretty good lair!
Currently, she’s just...not really dealing with anything! She chooses to make fun of her brother instead of actually dealing with whatever he’s doing. She’s reckless and wants an adventure, which is what she’ll probably get.
* Yes, she’s excited to go with her father and adoptive brother @dilf-dennis, but also afraid of what she will find.
