By transitioning from R410A to R32, Mitsubishi Electric have significantly reduced the environmental footprint of their systems – the considerably lower GWP of R32 means a substantial cut in CO₂ equivalent emissions.
In fact, when the impact of system charge is included, the switch results in a 74% reduction in CO₂ equivalent tonnes versus R410A.
This isn’t just a technical upgrade, it’s a meaningful step toward more sustainable HVAC solutions, helping you meet both environmental goals and regulatory expectations at the same time.
Reduced system charge means lower embodied carbon and by improving seasonal efficiency we have significantly cut operational carbon.
