Thus far, quarantine has been going very well for us. I have been diligently focusing on reconnecting with my creativity, and therefore have had the mental space to return to the drawing board with so many projects that have fallen to the wayside during the Tower-esque #tarot energy I've been living through the past few months. You know, the chaotic "everything is falling apart!" sort of vibe that makes holding space for art, poetry, and healing difficult. It's been a while since I've shared with you all here in this space. I have been through a rather harsh transition period these past months, and have been working very hard to move through and work with my pain, grief, and fear. This path of healing has not been gentle but it's been effective, and I am ready to share this process with you. . Throughout this process of loss, one thing has become unbelievably obvious to me: meditation & yoga, energy work, and empowering myself to make changes in my life using witchcraft & ritual are the elements that enable me to continuously save me from destroying myself. Witchcraft is an incredible technology that allows us to take the reins in our lives, moving to change and heal things that might otherwise be considered unsolvable. . And with this understanding, I am excited to begin this new venture in the Spiral Consciousness legacy. You'll see old teachings blended into new understandings, as well as many opportunities to join me on this path of authenticity and healing. There will be many updates to my social media pages, the website, and more over the next few weeks as this manifests into reality. The biggest realizations come when we slow down enough to hear them ✨ .. I've been uncharacteristically quiet the past week or so. When I find myself being unable to really touch the sacred within, I know that I can't share authentically with you all, so I chose silence. As you all know, in the past six months I lost both my grandmother and my aunt. I also changed jobs, moved almost 2 hours north, and left a relationship. As a single mother for the first time, I have a lot of responsibility riding on my shoulders, responsibility I would have shared with those who are now on the other side of the Veil. I am thankful for your patience as I learn to carry this new life, and as I work through my grief as a client of my own Somatically Aligned System. I am just as much a student as a teacher, and as you'll find as a student of mine, there are times when I'll urge you to step back and really look around you from a place of objectivity. This is what the past week has been for me- finding my objectivity, authenticity, and sacredness within again. .. On that note, I am rearranging some things in the Somatically Aligned group, and beginning to prepare the next phases of the curriculum in the Somatically Aligned System. One on one clients are not ever impacted by my own Self work; besides having a teacher that is ever clearer in her mission.
