Hi! I have a few questions. (1) I’m attending my third con and got GA seating for the first time. I know they’re unreserved but if I’m with someone can they save my seat next to them if I leave the theater and vice versa? Or do you always run the risk of having to change seats? (2) I have multiple photo ops with Misha and it’s my first time doing more than one. I know what poses I want. Do I tell the handler first that I have multiple photos and explain the poses, then just repeat it again to Misha or will they have him step over so I only have to say it once? (3) I’m thinking of getting more photo ops at the con if available. Are the prices (including taxes and fees) more or less or the same than on the website? And if more, how much?

If you are sitting with someone they can certainly save your seat if you have to pop out. But if you're on your own, you can't really leave stuff on your seat to reserve it. Technically every time you leave your seat, someone else can just in there.

2. Yes tell the handler operating the front of the line how many ops you have with Misha. They will then indicate the number to Misha, Chris the photographer and the handler managing the exit from the op, so everyone knows what you are doing. You won't have to tell Misha.

3. The prices at the con will not have the online handling fee just usual state taxes.

Hey there! I am so excited to be able to have a gold package for the 2024 Chicago con and I was wondering if you knew when VIP sales usually go on for other conventions. Like how many days in advance?

I am also a bit confused with the autograph situation. I know that I have Jared and Jensen locked in but Creation wasn't super understandable for other guests.

Hello! Sorry I’m not exactly sure how to word my question but at different cons I’ve seen people be able to ask the actors questions during the panels. Are guests with general admission tickets able to do the same thing? It’s my first time going so I’m not sure.

Also how can I see the schedule?

Yes anyone can ask a question! You just have to line up.

But with the Js panel, and Misha's panel there is a lottery. You put your name in the box (ask at registration) and if you are drawn out, your name will be shown on the screens on either side of the stage just before that panel. Line up on the side your name appears and in the order on the list.

Schedules are released online a couple of days out from the con, so you can always look at the schedule for the next con happening a few days out to get the vibe.

I took a quick look at photo ops that take place on multiple days (Sat and Sun) and there doesn’t seem to be a choice to pick which day you want. If you have a pass for both days and forgot to take the photo on Saturday, can you do it on Sunday?

It will usually say what day on your ticket your photo is for and it will be on the schedule. Some ops might be available on whichever day you choose if the guest is doing two days (ie: Rich sometimes does this.) If you have a clash then let someone know at CE know and you can possibly do a different time/makeup. But try not to forget. You should do the op on the day allocated or you may not get it done. The schedules are tight.

If I have a silver pass, do I show my pass to get the complimentary autographs or is there something else that I’m supposed provide to get the autographs that come with the silver pass?

You'll be called out for autos when it's your turn. And yes, you show your pass. There are numbers across the top which are ticked off.

Is the vendor room open to people who are only going to the concert and haven’t bought a gold package ticket or anything like that?

You can go in the vendors - they don't check tickets. The only time it would be a problem is if you enter the auditorium via the vendors but I've only seen that happen once.

What are the rules for having a photo op with baby. Are you only allowed to take the photo on the side of the car?

You stand beside the car with the actors.

Check online I'm sure you'll find some as examples.

Do you know if the vendors take cash to pay for the items they’re selling? Also, are we allowed to bring in a reusable water bottle?

Yes to the water bottle, and Creation have water in the auditorium for you to fill your bottle. Cash depends on the vendor, but yes, some will take cash.

So I was on creation entertainments website and maybe they forgot to update it? But I was just on the experiences page looking for events to attend this year and it showed that the Rob and Rich meet and greets are 11+? Is this true? Or did they just forget to update it? Sorry for repeating this question again, I just want to know for sure so I can get different tickets, thanks!

Hi! Just got back from a great con (Creation NJ)!! The Creation site used to have an address where you could send gifts to the actors but it doesn't seem to be up there anymore. Do you know the address to send fan gifts to by any chance? Jared complimented my art when I got his autograph and I want to draw him something and tell him how much it meant to me. Thanks!

Do they only check your bags during concerts and karaoke or do they check it regardless of what you go to ?

That's all meet and greets. Most are auctioned. Only a few are sold by ticket.

Hi! What a great blog. I looked at the sample schedules but am having trouble finding the info I need. I am going to New Jersey Creation con in May. I'm thinking of getting tickets to the Kim and Brianna PJ Party that is Friday night, but the Karaoke Party is also Friday night. Do you think they would schedule them to conflict or would they not do that? Thank you for any info you can provide.

From looking at the most recent schedule - that was Burbank.

Bri and Kim's PJ party was at 6.00 and karaoke was at 8.30. So you should be okay! But if when you see the final schedule and there's a clash (unlikely but you never know) chat to one of the Creation reps and they'll sort things out for you.

What is the saturday night special concert like? What should I expect? Are there merch sales happening at concert? How long is the concert usually?

The concert is great. It usually goes for about 90 mins. It's probably 60% solely Louden Swain and 40% other con guests singing or playing with Louden Swain. it's a really good night and definitely worth doing. They don't sell merch at the concert, but Louden Swain does usually has a merch table in the vendors room if you're after their swag.
