Pick a pile: Which chakra would you need to work on the most for your evolution?
Pile 1: King of cups, the templance and the fool
Anahata, or the heart chakra, is where you should focus your attention. This is the only thing that will help you unblock the other chakras. In particular, you need to heal your fear of getting hurt so you can regain confidence and embark once again on the adventure of living without burdens.
Anahata is closed or defensive, which blocks you from connecting with yourself or your personal path.
You probably feel afraid of falling in love or trusting people, or perhaps you have anxiety about the future.
How to work with this chakra:
Open your chest: Do meditations focused on the color green or pink, or physical chest-opening exercises (yoga).
Embrace uncertainty: Do something completely spontaneously today, without planning it.
Write to heal: Dedicate a few minutes to forgiving a past situation that still generates resentment, simply use that energy for something creative. Forgive yourself for blaming yourself for things that were beyond your control, and above all, remember that you are the best thing you will ever have in this world.
Your heart has weathered storms, but it's time to unlock it. Working on your heart chakra through compassion and healing will give you back your wings. The universe is asking you to heal today so you can leap into your next great chapter with a light soul and an open heart.
Pile 2: strength, page of cups and 3 of wands.
Manipura is the center of personal power, willpower, inner fire, and self-confidence. The beauty of this card combination is that it doesn't speak of aggressive power, but rather of power born from vulnerability and authenticity, because you are very authentic within yourself. But sometimes laziness gets the better of you, not because you don't want to do things, but because of the effort involved in being seen by others, am I right? (Like when you go to the gym and you're uncomfortable because you think everyone will be staring at you, but the reality is that few people do).
The universe is asking you to stop hiding your light for fear of making others uncomfortable and to use your inner strength to manifest the projects your soul is already envisioning on the horizon. Working with this chakra means taming your inner fears and insecurities with love and compassion, instead of repressing or exploding them. It reminds you that you are much stronger than you think. A healthy Solar Plexus chakra gives you the courage to show your inner child, to express your emotions without shame, and to open yourself to new artistic or spiritual experiences.
How to work with this chakra:
Ignite your fire: Connect with the sun, do physical exercise that makes you sweat, or wear yellow clothing/use yellow candles.
Healthy boundaries: Learn to say "no" to situations or people that drain your vital energy and dim your light.
Unleash your creativity: Give shape to that creative idea that's been on your mind for a while; plan the first practical step today.
Your inner fire has been dormant or held back by fear of what others will say. Working on your Solar Plexus chakra will return you to the throne of your own life. You have the sensitivity to create magic and the vision to go far; you just need to ignite the engine of your confidence to see your dreams reach safe harbor.
Pile 3: 9 of cups, 6 of seords and 4 of cups.
Svadhisthana and Manipura work together here. They are completely blocked here due to a serious lack of boundaries and excessive indulgence.
When a person doesn't know how to say "no," their true desires become corrupted, leading to apathy and discontent. The only healthy way out is withdrawal or no contact to find themselves. It's not that these people take advantage of others—sometimes they do—but the problem is you not giving yourself space.
For some reason, women aren't taught to occupy space. We have to be quiet, thin, and even eat little in many environments. Well, I don't know if you identify as a woman, but eat more, gain weight, and shout—occupy space. Don't erase yourself. I think about this because of how I was raised, I suppose, and for me, working on these two chakras meant understanding that I had to occupy space. I had to be annoying. I had to choose myself above all else. So, seeing that you don't give yourself space, I identified with you… Excuse me.
How to work with this chakra today:
Practice therapeutic "No": Start with small things. Don't give endless explanations; a simple "I can't today, thank you" is a sacred shield for your Solar Plexus.
Create distance: Take a weekend alone, mute the chat groups that overwhelm you, or distance yourself from that person who only contacts you when they need something.
Connect with water and the color orange: Take a mindful bath or practice meditations focused on the Sacral Chakra (below the navel) to reclaim your right to feel and enjoy life on your own terms.
You can't fill someone else's cup if yours is empty. Working on your Sacral Chakra and Solar Plexus today means understanding that saying "no" to others is saying "yes" to yourself. Pack your things, walk away from places where you aren't valued, and sail toward your own peace. Your happiness is non-negotiable.
